§ 2.2-2619. Administrator.

The Council, with the concurrence of the Governor, shall appoint anadministrator, who shall serve under the supervision and at the pleasure ofthe Council. He shall perform the duties and exercise the functions theCouncil assigns to him. He shall receive a salary for his services to be paidby the Council subject to the approval of the Governor.
