§ 2.2-2623. Unsolicited proposals.

The Governor or the General Assembly may direct any state agency to perform apublic/private performance analysis covering any commercial activity forwhich the Council has received a qualifying unsolicited proposal from aprivate entity that is consistent with the Council's purposes and duties asprovided in § 2.2-2622.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to transportation-relatedprojects initiated pursuant to Chapter 22 (§ 56-556 et seq.) of Title 56.
