§ 2.2-2707. Form of accounts and records; annual audit.

The accounts and records of the Foundation showing the receipt anddisbursement of funds from whatever source derived shall be established bythe Auditor of Public Accounts in a manner similar to other organizations.The Auditor of Public Accounts or his legally authorized representative shallannually audit the accounts of the Foundation, and the cost of such auditservices shall be borne by the Foundation.
