§ 2.2-2708. Names of Virginians "Missing in Action"; ownership of WarMemorial.

A. The names and homes of record designation of all Virginians "Missing InAction" as a result of the Vietnam War and all Virginians "Killed inAction" as a result of the Persian Gulf Conflict shall be placed in theVirginia War Memorial.

B. The Virginia War Memorial, its grounds, all its contents, furnishings,funds, endowments, and other property, now owned or hereafter acquired, areand shall remain property of the Commonwealth.
