§ 2.2-2904. Classification of persons who have passed certified professionalsecretary examination.

Clerical personnel who have passed all parts of the certified professionalsecretary examination, evidenced by certification by the Institute forCertifying Secretaries, a department of the National Secretaries Association(International), or the professional legal secretary examination, evidencedby certification by the Certifying Board of the National Association of LegalSecretaries (International), shall be assured that this certification will betaken into consideration when opportunity for promotion becomes available.
