§ 2.2-3001. State employees.

A. Unless exempted by law, all nonprobationary state employees shall becovered by the grievance procedure established pursuant to this chapter andany regulations adopted pursuant thereto. Employees not covered by thegrievance procedure may be covered by an alternative grievance procedure.

B. The Office of the Attorney General and every legislative, judicial, andindependent agency that is not subject to the state grievance procedure shallestablish and administer a grievance procedure.
