§ 2.2-3105. Application.

This article proscribes certain conduct relating to contracts by state andlocal government officers and employees. The provisions of this article shallbe supplemented but not superseded by the provisions on ethics in publiccontracting in Article 6 (§ 2.2-4367 et seq.) of Chapter 43 of this title.
