§ 2.2-3128. Semiannual orientation course.

Each state agency shall offer at least semiannually to each of its statefilers an orientation course on this chapter, on ethics in public contractingpursuant to Article 6 (§ 2.2-4367 et seq.) of Chapter 43 of this title, ifapplicable to the filer, and on any other applicable regulations that governthe official conduct of state officers and employees.
