2.2-3322 - Office hours to be in accordance with executive orders of Governor.

§ 2.2-3322. Office hours to be in accordance with executive orders ofGovernor.

The offices of all state officers, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions,divisions and institutions in the executive branch of state governmentrequired by law to maintain regular business quarters at the seat ofgovernment shall be kept open for the transaction of public business inaccordance with executive orders issued by the Governor.

This section shall not apply to the offices of the legislative and judicialdepartments of the state government.
