§ 2.2-405. Secretary of Commonwealth to present list of vacancies to arise oncommissions, boards, etc.

The Secretary of the Commonwealth shall prepare by the fifteenth of Januaryin each year a list of all vacancies that are scheduled to arise during thatyear on all boards, commissions, councils or other collegial bodies appointedby the Governor. The list shall be presented to the Governor and the GeneralAssembly as soon as practicable following its preparation, and the Secretaryof the Commonwealth shall make copies of the list available to the public atcost.
