§ 2.2-427. Filings; inspection.

Registration statements and lobbying reports shall be open to publicinspection and copying during the regular business hours of the office of theSecretary of the Commonwealth.

Such statements and reports shall be deemed to have been filed only whenactually received in the office of the Secretary or mailed to the Secretaryby registered, certified, or regular mail with the sender retainingsufficient proof of mailing, which may be a United States Postal Certificateof Mailing.
