§ 2.2-434. Employment of lobbyists prohibited; exceptions.

Employment of a lobbyist for compensation by an officer, board, institutionor agency of the Commonwealth, is expressly prohibited; however, this sectionshall not apply to any individual who is a full-time or part-time employee ofsuch office, board, department, institution or agency of the Commonwealth.
