§ 2.2-4003. Venue.

In all proceedings under § 2.2-4019 or 2.2-4020 venue shall be in the city orcounty where the administrative agency maintains its principal office or asthe parties may otherwise agree. In all proceedings under § 2.2-4026, venueshall be as specified in subdivision 1 of § 8.01-261.
