§ 2.2-4302. Implementation.

This chapter may be implemented by ordinances, resolutions or regulationsconsistent with this chapter and with the provisions of other applicable lawpromulgated by any public body empowered by law to undertake the activitiesdescribed in this chapter. Any such public body may act by and through itsduly designated or authorized officers or employees.
