§ 2.2-4307. Fixed-price or not-to-exceed-price design-build and constructionmanagement contracts for juvenile correctional facilities authorized.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 2.2-4306, but subject to the proceduresadopted by the Secretary of Administration to implement the provisions ofthat section, the Commonwealth may enter into contracts for juvenilecorrectional facilities on a fixed-price or not-to-exceed-price design-buildbasis or construction management basis, including related leases,lease/purchase contracts, agreements relating to the sale of securities tofinance such facilities, and similar financing agreements.
