§ 2.2-4311.1. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws and federalimmigration law; required contract provisions.

All public bodies shall provide in every written contract that the contractordoes not, and shall not during the performance of the contract for goods andservices in the Commonwealth, knowingly employ an unauthorized alien asdefined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
