§ 2.2-4316. Comments concerning specifications.

Every public body awarding public contracts shall establish procedureswhereby comments concerning specifications or other provisions in Invitationsto Bid or Requests for Proposal can be received and considered prior to thetime set for receipt of bids or proposals or award of the contract.
