§ 2.2-4351. Defect or impropriety in the invoice or goods and/or servicesreceived.

In instances where there is a defect or impropriety in an invoice or in thegoods or services received, the state agency shall notify the supplier of thedefect or impropriety, if the defect or impropriety would prevent payment bythe payment date. The notice shall be sent within fifteen days after receiptof the invoice or the goods or services.
