§ 2.2-4356. Comptroller to file annual report.

The Comptroller shall file an annual report with the Governor, the SenateCommittee on Finance, the House Committees on Finance and Appropriations onNovember 1 for the preceding fiscal year including (i) the number and dollaramounts of late payments by departments, institutions and agencies, (ii) thetotal amount of interest paid and (iii) specific steps being taken to reducethe incidence of late payments.
