§ 2.2-4504. Investment of funds by the Commonwealth and politicalsubdivisions in bankers' acceptances.

Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, all public officers,municipal corporations, other political subdivisions and all other publicbodies of the Commonwealth may invest any and all moneys belonging to them orwithin their control other than sinking funds in bankers' acceptances.
