§ 2.2-4516. Liability of treasurers or public depositors.

When investments are made in accordance with this chapter, no treasurer orpublic depositor shall be liable for any loss therefrom in the absence ofnegligence, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance on his part or on thepart of his assistants or employees.
