§ 2.2-4803. Legal counsel.

The Office of the Attorney General shall be the primary agency responsiblefor the provision of all legal services and advice related to the collectionof accounts receivable, pursuant to § 2.2-507.

The Attorney General shall adopt necessary policies and procedures pertainingto all accounts receivable legal matters and the litigation of past-dueaccounts receivable that shall be published together with the policies andprocedures adopted by the Department of Accounts.
