§ 2.2-4804. Annual reports.

The Department of Accounts and the Attorney General shall annually report tothe Governor, the Secretary of Finance and the Chairmen of the SenateCommittee on Finance and the House Committee on Appropriations those agenciesand institutions that are not making satisfactory progress towardimplementing the provisions of this chapter and establishing effectiveaccounts receivable programs.
