§ 2.2-4808. Provision of state services to delinquent debtors.

Each state agency and institution shall develop internal policies andprocedures, in accordance with accounts receivable policies of the Departmentof Accounts and the Attorney General, for delaying or withholding certainstate services to those persons who refuse to pay their debts.
