§ 2.2-4904. Cooperation of the Commonwealth's instrumentalities.

All Commonwealth debt-issuing agencies, institutions, boards, and authoritiesshall quarterly provide the State Treasurer with all information necessary tocarry out the requirements of this chapter. The Departments of Accounts,Planning and Budget, and Taxation and other state agencies shall also providethe State Treasurer with the information and assistance the Debt CapacityAdvisory Committee deems necessary.
