§ 2.2-5307. Existing funding levels.

Any federal funds made available through Part C of the Individuals withDisabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. § 1431 et seq.) and any state fundsappropriated specifically for Part H services shall supplement overallfunding for services currently provided under Part of the Individuals withDisabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. § 1431 et seq.).
