§ 2.2-5702. Participation with other states not terminated.

Nothing contained in the Southern Growth Policies Agreement as enacted bythis chapter shall in any event be construed to terminate the participationof the Commonwealth with any state which adopted the Southern Growth PoliciesAgreement prior to June 1, 1973, except that the provisions of Article XII Cshall govern with respect to the continuance of states as parties theretoafter December 31, 1973.
