§ 2.2-606. Consideration of certain issues in policy development.

In the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations, eachdepartment and division of the executive branch and those boards affiliatedwith a state agency within the executive branch of state government shallconsider the impact of the policies and regulations on family formation,stability, and autonomy. This section shall not be construed to confer aright or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equityby any party against the Commonwealth, its agencies, officers, or any otherperson.
