§ 2.2-610. Furnishing copies of documents at no cost to law enforcementofficials.

All agencies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth shall provide, at nocost, copies of documents requested by the Department of State Police orother law-enforcement officers as part of an active criminal investigation.

"Law-enforcement officer" means the same as that term is defined in §9.1-101.
