§ 2.2-703.2. Powers and duties of Department relating to universal design andvisitability features.

The Department shall publicize guidelines on universal design andvisitability features to make structures and dwellings accessible for olderVirginians and people who develop mobility impairment. Such guidelines shallbe disseminated to the public and posted on the Department's website.
