§ 2.2-901. Additional power of Department.

The Department or, with the approval of the Director, a division of theDepartment shall have the power to adopt regulations and issue guidelinesnecessary or incidental to the performance of the duties or execution of thepowers conferred under this title and other relevant chapters, whichregulations shall be adopted by the Department in accordance with theprovisions of Article 2 (§ 2.2-4006 et seq.) of the Administrative ProcessAct.
