§ 20-60.4. Abstracts of orders, etc.; clerk shall transmit informationregarding any order of support which is entered or modified to Department ofSocial Services.

The transmission of data between the courts and the Department of SocialServices shall be accomplished by electronic data transmission or bytransmission of notices, abstracts of orders and other documents. The formand content of such transmissions shall be mutually approved by the Committeeon District Courts and the Department of Social Services.
