§ 20-88.34. Remedies cumulative.

Remedies provided by this chapter are cumulative and do not affect theavailability of remedies under other law, including the recognition of asupport order of a foreign country or political subdivision on the basis ofcomity. This chapter does not provide the exclusive method of establishing orenforcing a support order under the law of the Commonwealth or grant atribunal of the Commonwealth jurisdiction to render judgment or issue anorder relating to child custody or visitation in a proceeding under thischapter.
