20-83 - Venue of offense.

§ 20-83. Venue of offense.

Any offense under this chapter shall be held to have been committed in anycounty or city in which such spouse, child or children may be at the time ofdesertion, or in which such child or children may be or remain, with theknowledge and acquiescence of the accused, in destitute or necessitouscondition, or where the accused shall be found in this Commonwealth.
