§ 20-146.34. Recognition and enforcement.

A court of this Commonwealth shall accord full faith and credit to an orderissued by another state and consistent with this act that enforces a childcustody determination by a court of another state unless the order has beenvacated, stayed, or modified by a court having jurisdiction to do so underArticle 2 (§ 20-146.12 et seq.) of this chapter.
