§ 21-113. Creation; inclusion of town in new or enlarged district.

The circuit court of any county in this Commonwealth, or the judge of suchcourt in vacation, upon the petition of 50 qualified voters of a proposeddistrict, or if the proposed district contains less than 100 qualified votersupon petition of fifty percent of the qualified voters of the proposeddistrict, may make an order creating a sanitary district or districts in andfor the county, which order shall prescribe the metes and bounds of thedistrict.

With the approval of the board of supervisors of a county and the council ofany town therein, such town or any part thereof may be included within asanitary district created or enlarged under the provisions of this chapter.
