§ 21-118.8. Same; ratification of prior agreements.

Any agreement heretofore entered by a county with one or more sanitarydistricts with respect to a unified system containing provisionssubstantially in compliance with §§ 21-118.5, 21-118.6 or 21-118.7, and theproceedings heretofore taken with respect to such agreement, are herebyratified, validated, confirmed and approved, notwithstanding that anyprovisions of said agreement may have been inconsistent with the provisionsof this chapter prior to the enactment of §§ 21-118.5 to 21-118.8.
