§ 21-121.4. Powers of boards of supervisors and other governing bodies ofcounties with respect to sanitary districts.

Notwithstanding anything in this article to the contrary, the board ofsupervisors or other governing body of a county and the requisite number ofqualified voters may, with respect to any and all sanitary districts ofwhatsoever kind, whether heretofore or hereafter created pursuant to thisarticle or pursuant to any other general or special act, exercise all of thepowers granted them by §§ 21-116, 21-117, 21-117.1, 21-118, 21-118.1 and21-118.4.
