§ 21-123. Order requiring election.

The circuit court of such county, upon the petition of a majority of themembers of the governing body of the county, or upon the petition of fiftyqualified voters residing in such sanitary district, shall make an order inaccordance with § 24.2-684 requiring the officers of election to open a polland take the sense of the qualified voters of the district on the questionwhether the governing body shall issue bonds for one or more of the purposesfor which the sanitary district was created.
