§ 21-134.2. Validation of advances to sanitary district.
The advancement of any funds heretofore advanced from the general fund by theboard of supervisors of any county in this Commonwealth for the benefit of asanitary district in effectuating a project lawful for such sanitary districtis hereby validated and confirmed.
