§ 21-140.3. Validation of certain bonds.

All bonds heretofore issued by any sanitary district for any or all of thepurposes specified in Article 1 (§ 21-112.22 et seq.) of Chapter 2 of Title21 are hereby declared to be valid and legally binding obligations of suchsanitary district, notwithstanding any limitations contained in any generallaw or special act pursuant to which such sanitary district was created andnotwithstanding any limitations contained in the proceedings taken for thecreation thereof.
