21-155 - Powers of commission.

§ 21-155. Powers of commission.

Each commission, constituting a corporation is hereby invested with therights, powers and authority and charged with the duties set forth in thischapter, and shall constitute a political subdivision of the Commonwealthestablished as a governmental instrumentality to provide for the publichealth and welfare.
