§ 21-159. Compensation and expenses of commission members.

The members of the commission shall receive no salary, but shall be paidtheir necessary traveling and other expenses incurred in attendance uponmeetings of the commission or while otherwise engaged in the discharge oftheir duties under this chapter, and the sum of $10 per diem for each day orportion thereof in which they are engaged in the performance of such duties,but the total of such per diem compensation so received by any member duringany one year shall not exceed $300.
