§ 21-179. Accounts and records.

Every commission shall keep and preserve complete and accurate accounts andrecords of all moneys received and disbursed by it and of all of its businessand operations and of all property and funds owned or managed by it or underits control, and shall prepare and transmit to the Governor and to thegoverning body of each city, county and town which is in whole or in partembraced within the district, annually and at such other times as theGovernor shall require, complete and accurate reports as to the state andcontent of such accounts and records, together with such information withrespect thereto as the Governor may require.
