§ 21-221. Jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this article and to grant anyremedy or relief authorized by § 21-220 shall be in the circuit court of anycounty and in the corporation court of any city in whole or in part embracedwithin the district, or within which are located any tidal waters of thedistrict. The remedies, relief and jurisdiction authorized by this sectionand § 21-220 shall be concurrent and cumulative.
