§ 21-234. Exclusion from district of county, city or town voting againstestablishment.

If upon the certification of the results of the election provided for in §21-233 it shall appear that a majority of the qualified voters of the portionof any county, or of any city or of any town voting on the question at theelection, shall have voted "no" against the creation of the proposedsanitation district, then the territory included within the limits of suchcounty or of such city, or of such town, shall be excluded from, and shallnot constitute a part of such district.
