§ 21-251. Collection from public sewage systems.

The commission is authorized and directed when in the judgment of thecommission its sewage disposal system, or part thereof, will permit, tocollect from any and all public sewage systems within the district all sewageand treat and dispose of the same in such manner as to promote the purposesof the commission.
