§ 21-255. Approval of disposal methods.

The method proposed to be used by a commission for treating and disposing ofsewage and industrial wastes so as to prevent the pollution of the waters ofthe district, and any substantial change in such methods, shall, before beingfinally adopted or used by the commission, be approved by the State HealthCommissioner as effective and satisfactory for the purpose intended.
