§ 21-267. Actions for collection.

The commission shall have the right to recover the amount of any fees, rentsor other charges charged by the commission to the owner or lessee or tenantor contracting party, as set forth in § 21-260, for the use and services ofthe sewage disposal system by or in connection with such real estate and ofthe interest which may accrue thereon, by any action, suit or proceedingpermitted by law or in equity.
