21-311 - Recordation of petition and orders.

§ 21-311. Recordation of petition and orders.

A copy of the petition, duly certified by the clerk of the court in which thesame was originally filed, shall be recorded in the deed book in the clerk'soffice, of each county in which any of the lands affected thereby are locatedand duly indexed in the names of all the parties, the costs of suchrecordation to be taxed as a part of the costs of the proceedings. Any ordersin the proceedings whereby other persons are made parties, shall be recordedand indexed in like manner.
